Tuesday, 9 am to 6 pm
Thursday 9 am to 6 pm
Friday 10 am, to 6 pm
Saturday 10 to 3 PM

We have been offering Quality, Convenience, and Choice since 1998 and are one of the few specialized shipping stores in Omaha that can price shop between all of the major shipping carriers - UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the United States Post Office.
We are looking for a special individual that can help us take care of our growing family of customers. The ideal candidate is motivated and enjoys working one-on-one with customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcome customers to our store, listen to their needs, and use your unique knowledge of the differences between each shipping carrier to find the best solution to their needs.
Be knowledgeable of products and services offered and properly promote them to customers.
Identify customers' needs and offer additional services that could benefit them.
Receive, sort, and place mail in mailboxes accurately.
Record all sales transactions completely and accurately in the Point of Sale system.
Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Outlook.
Receive and process packages for shipping, including lifting and weighting packages on the scale, accessing manifesting software, generating labels.
Assist in stocking shelves, ensuring the clean and orderly appearance of products.
Operate fax machine & copier.
General housekeeping duties.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to listen to our customers’ needs, and communicate how we can help.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Accurately type 25 wpm.
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Because we are a shipping and shredding company you must be able to lift 50 pounds and type 25 words per minute.
